A corporate session at Escape Time St Ives is easy to organise and runs like clockwork on the day. When your team arrives, our Games Master gives a short, friendly briefing that sets the scene and explains the simple rules. Each game then runs for a full 60 minutes, during which your team has to communicate, delegate and solve a series of physical and mental puzzles against the clock. Afterwards there is a relaxed debrief where we talk through how the team performed, who stepped up as a natural leader, and what could have unlocked the room faster, before grabbing a group photo by the set. Everything is included in the per-person price: the full game, your Games Master, live hints whenever your team needs them, and the debrief at the end, with no hidden extras.
A typical away day with us takes around 75 to 90 minutes per team from arrival to finish, which makes it easy to slot into a wider day out in St Ives, whether you pair it with lunch on the harbour, a gallery visit or a meeting nearby. For larger groups we split you into competing teams, stagger the start times across our rooms, and crown an overall winning team at the end, which adds a brilliant extra layer of friendly rivalry to the day.
Each room takes between 2 and 8 players, and our standard online booking handles teams of up to 7 in a few clicks. Pricing is per person and works out cheaper as the group grows, from £30 per person for a pair down to £20 per person for groups of seven or eight, so a full team is excellent value for a memorable, screen-free away day. Every booking includes the whole experience, and you only pay for the people who actually take part. Most teams find that a single 60-minute game is the perfect length for an energising session.
